The “tree of good and evil” comes with consequences. Do the right thing, or “do as thy wilt”. And this is the nourishment of something great. The forging of one’s character. Can you imagine having the power of a God? Sure, the pentagon of the United States have the lightening bolt powers of Zeus. The atomic bomb has the power of 20,000 tons of TNT that can be launched or dropped from the air. In the ancient world, stories like this exist.

In the biblical tell of Sodom and Gomorrah, an area is not far from the Libyan desert where there have been found glassy bits called tektites. These contain radioactive isotopes of aluminum and beryllium which were at least a million years old and products of extremely high temperatures.
